Once the user presses the piston down, this Bobrick counter-mounted soap dispenser pours 0.85ml of liquid soap. There are two options to refill the container: removing the top cover to insert the soap or accessing the 1 litre bottle from the washbasin bottom. Regarding its vandal-resistance, the spout can rotate 360º without harming the unit. The escutcheon is locked to the body and the top parts can not be removed unless a special key (provided) is used. We supply the same product but with a longer spout.
To install this soap dispenser, the basic requirements are:
25mm hole in the lavatory or adjacent countertop.
Up to 100mm mounting thickness for the shank.
85mm clearance for the container.
The piston, 100mm spout and top cover are made of 304 stainless steel, while the escutcheon is made of chrome-plated high-impact-resistant ABS. All of these components have a bright polished finish. The material of the container is translucent, shatter-resistant polyethylene.
This dispenser bears content like vegetable-oil soaps, lotion soaps and synthetic detergents. However, the metal parts of this item are not designed to dispense corrosive solutions such as EA-rated antibacterial soaps (active ingredient PCMX or Triclosan), iodine-based surgical soaps or alcohol-based antiseptic substances.
Please, read the maintenance and cleaning guidelines we have gathered below. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Note that the soap pump assembly should be flushed with warm water every six months.

What is the guarantee on your dispensers?
Warranty typically starts from dispatch date of dispenser and last 6 months. Some dispensers may vary.
My dispenser has stopped working, what should I do?
Is this an automatic unit and there is no power? The batteries may be flat and require replacing. If you have more than one unit, you will be able to test this by taking the batteries from a working unit and fitting them into the unit without power.
If the unit is not pumping out gel, remove the gel from unit, clean the holding tank and flush warm water through the pump.

Returns
My dispenser was vandalised, can you please replace it?
If users are aggressive with the product or if it’s damaged by impact, this is not covered under the warranty. Unfortunately, we would not be able to replace. However, we do want to help. Please call and we can do our best to give you some options to help your situation.
