Bobrick B-680 wall mounted soap dish is a resistant stainless steel unibody seamless piece welded to a strong support arm. For proper maintenance and extra convenience, the soap bowl comes with two drain holes and two ridges to hold the soap in place. Its bright polished finish is a soft, easy to clean surface that lends a deluxe style to domestic or commercial bathrooms, like those at hotel rooms or bars. Besides the wall plate and corresponding flange to conceal it, the package includes a setscrew and two fixings. Warranty typically starts from dispatch date of dispenser and last 6 months. Some dispensers may vary.
Is this an automatic unit and there is no power? The batteries may be flat and require replacing. If you have more than one unit, you will be able to test this by taking the batteries from a working unit and fitting them into the unit without power.
If the unit is not pumping out gel, remove the gel from unit, clean the holding tank and flush warm water through the pump.

If users are aggressive with the product or if it’s damaged by impact, this is not covered under the warranty. Unfortunately, we would not be able to replace. However, we do want to help. Please call and we can do our best to give you some options to help your situation.
