The LOKI dispenser for manual operation is included in DAN DRYER's newest line of sanitary equipment and is available in a black, white or brushed satin finish. The products are characterised by elegant lines and the 'I' on the front, which ties the products together and creates harmony when LOKI products are displayed side by side. This manual dispenser is made in stainless steel and comes with a refillable tank for disinfectant spray. Press dosage lever slightly backwards for dispensing. Warranty typically starts from dispatch date of dispenser and last 6 months. Some dispensers may vary.
Is this an automatic unit and there is no power? The batteries may be flat and require replacing. If you have more than one unit, you will be able to test this by taking the batteries from a working unit and fitting them into the unit without power.
If the unit is not pumping out gel, remove the gel from unit, clean the holding tank and flush warm water through the pump.

If users are aggressive with the product or if it’s damaged by impact, this is not covered under the warranty. Unfortunately, we would not be able to replace. However, we do want to help. Please call and we can do our best to give you some options to help your situation.
