The AB14 Dyson Airblade™ DB has been re-engineered to give the same fantastic performance as the original, all conquering, Dyson Airblade, yet the sound level has been reduced by as much as 50%. Dyson have tested the unit using a protocol developed in conjunction with the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF P335) to demonstrate that it really does have the fastest dry time in the world. With its anti-vandal features, quick dry times and long lasting potential, this unit is suitable for most locations. The Dyson digital motor V4 was seven years in the making - it's one of the world's smallest fully-integrated 1600W motors. It's the only hand dryer motor powerful enough to draw in up to 35 litres of air a second through a HEPA filter.

This long-life energy efficient motor is digitally switched at 6,000 times per second, making the high compression fan spin 90,000 times a minute, giving an airspeed of 430mph. There are only three moving parts, so there are no slip rings or carbon brushes to wear down.

This comes in a choice of grey, white or black polycarbonate-ABS finish. They are manufactured in Designed in the UK and manufacturered in Malaysia.
