Customers don’t want to buy a brand new product when something stops working. They’d prefer a simple, convenient repair — and that’s what we deliver. We keep the product working for you, and avoid repairable products going straight to landfill.
2. Reduce waste
Our Infinity Life Scheme means that we take old units off your hands, and break them down into their components so they can be reused responsibly. Our skilled engineers refurbished, reuse and repurpose to a high standard.
3. Recycle, Reuse
We find the best recycling partners, so we can get as close to zero-to-landfill as possible. Anything that’s not fit for repurposing gets added back into the circular economy.
If a fault occurs within the first year of use, we will either fix the issue or replace the hand dryer for free.
We want you to have complete peace of mind and confidence when you buy from us. We take away all the hassle of any repairs, sending a repair operative quickly and conveniently.

We give 3-10 year standard guarantees on our products — the best in the industry.
We know that the products we sell are high quality and reliable — and we back it up with a guarantee for our customers. Other retailers will give a 1 or 2 year guarantee, whereas we give up to 10. Mitsubishi hand dryers have a 6 years manufacturer’s warranty. We give 8.
We hope you never need to use the guarantee, but it's good to know it’s there.
Once your product is out of guarantee, you can move over to our annual plan. This means that in the event of a breakdown, we will repair or replace it for no extra cost FOREVER!

We offer a unique, no quibble 90-day returns policy on all our hand dryers.
If a model isn’t working out for you, we’ll work with you to find a better alternative, or accept a return without delay.

We supply spares for all types of units on the marketplace, not only our own.
We believe that throwing away a perfectly good unit simply due to a faulty sensor or PCB is hugely wasteful, and we’d like to help avoid this whenever possible. So please let us know if you have a problem with a unit out of warranty, and we will do our best to get it sorted for you.
