    This rating is based on the watt hours per dry of the hand dryer which is derived from the rated power and the time taken to dry the hands. We have used the figures based on either the manufacturer’s dry time, if yet to be in house tested or based on the in house testing dry time we have conducted. This will also be based on the most energy efficient setting, if the hand dryer is adjustable for speed and/or heat.

Description

The Biodrier 3D Smart Dry is a very intelligent hand dryer with a rated power between just 500W and 1300W dependent upon the environment of the washroom. The main feature of this hand dryer is it automatically adjusts to the surrounding ambient air temperature. Therefore in the winter you get a nice flow of warm air and do not waste electricity heating air unnecessarily in the summer. In the long run saving you money on those energy bills.

3D Drying – a new concept in hand drying

This hand dryer hits the hands from all angles, 3 to be precise. Air jets surround your hands ensuring they are evenly dried. The manufacture states that dry times will be around 10 seconds. We feel this is a little optimistic as our in house testing video shows a realistic dry time of between 20-25 seconds. Still a good performance at an energy usage of around 2.92W (based on no heat added at 500W rated power)


Hygienic Filters as standard

This Biodrier model includes an easy to change Antibacterial Filtration System. The filter cartridge is easy to replace and can be completed by the user without any help required from a professional. The filter is made from activated carbon, which filters dust and bacteria, ensuring that the air blown over the hands is clean.

Long lasting and Durable

The case of the Biodrier 3D Smart Dry is constructed from heavy duty die cast aluminium that makes it ideal for use in public or busy washrooms. This unit also comes with a brushless motor, which means it will last a very long time in theory compared to its brushed motor, hands under counterparts.
