Connects to the water supply from the top or from inside the cabinet.
It is recommended to supply with cold water or premixed water via a mixing valve (sold separately)

Please note that blade hand dryers require different levels of clearance space in order to access the drip tray or other serviceable parts. Please consult the manufacturers' instructions.
Why have I seen this product with a different dry time elsewhere?
We pride ourselves on strictly testing the majority of the hand dryers we sell to make sure you are getting true performance information. Where we haven't yet tested we will use the manufacturers guide.
In our experience only a handful of hand dryers can dry the hands satisfactory in around 10-12 seconds, and certainly none under 10 seconds.
Can I use this dispenser outside?
If stated on our website under the product “suitable for outdoor use” then yes.
What is the guarantee on your dispensers?
Warranty typically starts from dispatch date of dispenser and last 6 months. Some dispensers may vary.
My dispenser has stopped working, what should I do?
Is this an automatic unit and there is no power? The batteries may be flat and require replacing. If you have more than one unit, you will be able to test this by taking the batteries from a working unit and fitting them into the unit without power.
If the unit is not pumping out gel, remove the gel from unit, clean the holding tank and flush warm water through the pump.

Returns
My dispenser was vandalised, can you please replace it?
If users are aggressive with the product or if it’s damaged by impact, this is not covered under the warranty. Unfortunately, we would not be able to replace. However, we do want to help. Please call and we can do our best to give you some options to help your situation.
