The OneShot® automatic soap dispenser marketed by Bobrick is designed to be sink or deck-mounted and reduce contamination in commercial washrooms. Once the user places the hand under the 135mm spout for approximately 2 seconds in a 100mm range of the sensor lens, the mechanism dispenses 0.8ml of lotion hand soap (with or without moisturizers) or antibacterial hand soap.
This item is compatible with soap refill cartridges of 800ml that offer 1,000 hand washes and 1600ml that supply 2,000 hand washes. The adequate cartridge is composed by a translucent, shatter resistant polyethylene bottle, a supply tube and a pump. Please, note that the motor assembly is set by default for a 800ml reservoir; one must move a switch when using the bigger container (from 1K to 2K). In any case, the refill reset button should be pressed after a new refill has taken place.
LED indicators will show low soap level (red) or low battery life (yellow). The sensor needs four alkaline D cell batteries that will last for 2 years or 100 refills. There is also an optional single 6V AC adapter (Part No. 826-20). Consider that the package of B-826 will not provide these batteries or a soap bottle. The materials of this automatic soap dispenser are corrosion-resistant (the plastic in the spout, shank or bottle) and water resistant (like in the motor or battery pack). We encourage you to follow the maintenance guidelines that you will find in the documentation below. Do not use abrasive detergents to clean the bright polished cover.
This unit implies the following installation requirements:
25mm diameter hole in the lavatory or adjacent deck.
Up to 50mm mounting thickness for the shank.
Clearance diameter of the reservoir and motor housing: 125mm for the 800ml cartridge and 140mm for the 1600ml one.
Clearance below counter: 295mm for the 800ml container and 345mm for the 1600ml one.
If the sink rim is 19mm high or more, a plastic spacer (furnished) can be used to avoid interference with the sensor.

What is the guarantee on your dispensers?
Warranty typically starts from dispatch date of dispenser and last 6 months. Some dispensers may vary.
My dispenser has stopped working, what should I do?
Is this an automatic unit and there is no power? The batteries may be flat and require replacing. If you have more than one unit, you will be able to test this by taking the batteries from a working unit and fitting them into the unit without power.
If the unit is not pumping out gel, remove the gel from unit, clean the holding tank and flush warm water through the pump.

Returns
My dispenser was vandalised, can you please replace it?
If users are aggressive with the product or if it’s damaged by impact, this is not covered under the warranty. Unfortunately, we would not be able to replace. However, we do want to help. Please call and we can do our best to give you some options to help your situation.
