This hand wash holder with two 250ml refillable bottles is designed to serve liquid hand soap and lotion at low traffic executive bathrooms such as those at offices, hotels and bars. Vandalproof and simple to restock, IFS04MBS is also compatible with 300ml bathroom bottles with the same shape of brands like Molton Brown, Tyneham or Scotting Fine Soaps, as long as one piece of the layout is removed. Also, to ease wall mounting, the package includes the necessary fixing material and an adjustable back plate.
The same brushed stainless steel bottle holder is available in a single design. In order to keep the metal as new, please avoid abrasive solutions and wash with a soft cloth.

What is the guarantee on your dispensers?
Warranty typically starts from dispatch date of dispenser and last 6 months. Some dispensers may vary.
My dispenser has stopped working, what should I do?
Is this an automatic unit and there is no power? The batteries may be flat and require replacing. If you have more than one unit, you will be able to test this by taking the batteries from a working unit and fitting them into the unit without power.
If the unit is not pumping out gel, remove the gel from unit, clean the holding tank and flush warm water through the pump.
If the tips above have not resolved the issue, give us a call and we’ll be happy to help.
Returns
My dispenser was vandalised, can you please replace it?
If users are aggressive with the product or if it’s damaged by impact, this is not covered under the warranty. Unfortunately, we would not be able to replace. However, we do want to help. Please call and we can do our best to give you some options to help your situation.
