This is a touch free infrared soap dispenser by Dolphin. DP1106E is highly durable due to its type 316 'marine' grade Stainless Steel, making it suitable for corrosive environments alongside places susceptible to vandalism, such as Leisure Centres and Schools. The capacity of this dispenser is 850ml. The non-drip soap pump reduces waste significantly. This unit is battery operated and requires 2 x LR14 baby batteries to run. Warning display provided for low battery level. The corners of this unit are wielded together providing a smooth edge, reducing the chances of potential injury and providing a safer environment. With its superior quality and timeless design, this dispenser is suitable for any high finish washroom.

What is the guarantee on your dispensers?
Warranty typically starts from dispatch date of dispenser and last 6 months. Some dispensers may vary.
My dispenser has stopped working, what should I do?
Is this an automatic unit and there is no power? The batteries may be flat and require replacing. If you have more than one unit, you will be able to test this by taking the batteries from a working unit and fitting them into the unit without power.
If the unit is not pumping out gel, remove the gel from unit, clean the holding tank and flush warm water through the pump.

Returns
My dispenser was vandalised, can you please replace it?
If users are aggressive with the product or if it’s damaged by impact, this is not covered under the warranty. Unfortunately, we would not be able to replace. However, we do want to help. Please call and we can do our best to give you some options to help your situation.
