The DELABIE deck mounted BINOPTIC automatic 1L 304 stainless steel soap dispenser is available in a matte black finish or a polished chrome. It requires a mains supply 230/6V transformer. 512021 can dispense liquid soap, foam soap and Hydroalcoholic gel with up to a maximum viscosity of 3,000 mPa.s. It benefits from being a no waste pump dispenser and will prevent soap waste. A separate electronic unit and removable tank for installation are stored beneath the basin, providing the washroom with a tidy, high finish environment. With a built in infrared detector, hands are automatically detected when there is a user present, preventing manual contact and successfully keeping the washroom more hygienic. All orders over £100 ex VAT are FREE delivery to UK mainland addresses and £4.99 ex VAT under £100 ex VAT.

Orders placed on business working days (Monday - Friday) before 15:00 will be dispatched to arrive during the next business working day(s) (unless otherwise stated).

What is the guarantee on your dispensers?
Warranty typically starts from dispatch date of dispenser and last 6 months. Some dispensers may vary.
My dispenser has stopped working, what should I do?
Is this an automatic unit and there is no power? The batteries may be flat and require replacing. If you have more than one unit, you will be able to test this by taking the batteries from a working unit and fitting them into the unit without power.
If the unit is not pumping out gel, remove the gel from unit, clean the holding tank and flush warm water through the pump.

Returns
My dispenser was vandalised, can you please replace it?
If users are aggressive with the product or if it’s damaged by impact, this is not covered under the warranty. Unfortunately, we would not be able to replace. However, we do want to help. Please call and we can do our best to give you some options to help your situation.
