Compatible hand sanitiser refills: GA70 (alcohol gel). A stylish sink mounted infra-red activated dispenser for use with liquid soap or alcohol gel. Robust and suitable for high traffic public locations, yet elegant in appearance to match the plushest of décor. It automatically delivers between 0.8 and 2.2ml of liquid per sensor activation from the generously sized 1600ml easily refillable Polyethylene tank. You can get 50,000 uses out of this dispenser before you need to change the batteries.
Manufactured in high quality polished chrome plated brass it requires 4 x D 1.5V Alkaline batteries to power. The stand-by current is less than 100 µA and active current less than 1A. LED indicators highlight when the sensor has been activated, low battery power and low soap levels.
The sensor is self adjusting with a range between 90 to 130 mm, each dispense will occur after 0.5 to 1 second of detection.
Suitable for chlorine free liquid soaps with a viscosity between 2,000 and 3,500 cP and hand sanitiser GEL (<80% alcohol content). Surgical soaps and soaps with solid abrasive particles are not supported.

Warranty typically starts from dispatch date of dispenser and last 6 months. Some dispensers may vary.
Is this an automatic unit and there is no power? The batteries may be flat and require replacing. If you have more than one unit, you will be able to test this by taking the batteries from a working unit and fitting them into the unit without power.
If the unit is not pumping out gel, remove the gel from unit, clean the holding tank and flush warm water through the pump.

If users are aggressive with the product or if it’s damaged by impact, this is not covered under the warranty. Unfortunately, we would not be able to replace. However, we do want to help. Please call and we can do our best to give you some options to help your situation.
