Manufactured with a high quality stainless steel, this Vivo chrome soap dispenser is ideal for demanding washrooms that require a robust but stylish bulk refillable unit. IFS020LMPS guarantees resistance to vandalism, thanks to its wall mounting and locking system. To ease cleaning and maintenance, its 900ml internal reservoir is removable as well as the layout has side slots to quickly check liquid soap levels. We also supply a matching paper towel dispenser, in case you are interested.

All orders over £100 ex VAT are FREE delivery to UK mainland addresses and £4.99 ex VAT under £100 ex VAT.
Guaranteed Next Working Day delivery or a weekend delivery are available, please contact us.
Orders placed on business working days (Monday - Friday) before 15:00 will be dispatched to arrive during the next business working day(s) (unless otherwise stated).
Orders placed on non-business days (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on a Monday (except Bank Holidays) and treated as an order placed Monday before 15:00 (unless otherwise stated).
Please note that all orders that require international deliveries outside of the UK, including Republic of Ireland, will be subject to a European / international delivery charge, which will be added to your order once the delivery address has been entered at checkout.

What is the guarantee on your dispensers?
Warranty typically starts from dispatch date of dispenser and last 6 months. Some dispensers may vary.
My dispenser has stopped working, what should I do?
Is this an automatic unit and there is no power? The batteries may be flat and require replacing. If you have more than one unit, you will be able to test this by taking the batteries from a working unit and fitting them into the unit without power.
If the unit is not pumping out gel, remove the gel from unit, clean the holding tank and flush warm water through the pump.

Returns
My dispenser was vandalised, can you please replace it?
If users are aggressive with the product or if it’s damaged by impact, this is not covered under the warranty. Unfortunately, we would not be able to replace. However, we do want to help. Please call and we can do our best to give you some options to help your situation.
