IFS92020SS lever operated soap dispenser with 400ml capacity is designed to be concealed behind the vanity mirror of minimalist commercial washrooms or limited space sanitary areas with low to medium traffic. As all our Prestige dispensers, it is made of long-lasting stainless steel. Its layout allows to fix it in line with the base of behind mirror cabinet. The package does include the necessary fixing material to place it. Please note that it usually takes 4 weeks to deliver this unit, however, we might have some in stock or alternative models with different capacity, so do not hesitate to contact us.

Warranty typically starts from dispatch date of dispenser and last 6 months. Some dispensers may vary.
Is this an automatic unit and there is no power? The batteries may be flat and require replacing. If you have more than one unit, you will be able to test this by taking the batteries from a working unit and fitting them into the unit without power.
If the unit is not pumping out gel, remove the gel from unit, clean the holding tank and flush warm water through the pump.

If users are aggressive with the product or if it’s damaged by impact, this is not covered under the warranty. Unfortunately, we would not be able to replace. However, we do want to help. Please call and we can do our best to give you some options to help your situation.
